3 Tiers of Individual Therapy

  • Standard weekly sessions - 50–55 minutes.

  • Extended Sessions -110 minutes. Extended Sessions allow for deeper exploration and momentum early on, helping us more quickly understand the patterns shaping your relationships and experience. Many clients choose to begin with extended sessions or meet twice weekly, particularly at the start of therapy, for this reason.

Clients also chose Extended Sessions during periods of transition, or when they want to engage the work more deeply. The extra time allows for depth without feeling rushed. Examples of times when Extended Sessions are extremely useful:

    • processing a breakup

    • preparing for a difficult relationship conversation

    • making a major life decision

    • feeling emotionally overwhelmed.

  • 3 hour Intensives as needed.

Who I Help

  • Professionals who carry the invisible weight of chronic pressure

  • Recent grads wondering: “Why is this so hard? Is it just me?”

  • Artists, creatives, and high-achievers who can’t stop pushing themselves

  • People with complicated relationships: with family, friends, or partners

  • Anyone whose brain won’t stop overthinking the moment things get quiet

What We Work On

Mindfulness apps can be useful, but real in-person therapy actually addresses the underlying issues, provides practical tools, and a therapist who gets both the big emotions and the small details.

We’ll focus on:

  • Untangling relationship patterns that keep you stuck

  • Managing anxiety without becoming a productivity robot

  • Building self-trust after years of self-doubt

  • Processing past pain without staying stuck in it

I practice Interpersonal Psychotherapy, which means I help you connect the dots between your history and your present. We’ll look at how your inner voice and relationships got this way, and how to make them kinder, healthier, and less exhausting.

Think less endless childhood analysis and more figuring out which patterns once kept you safe but now hold you back.
