Whether you’re reaching out for the first time or ready to book an appointment, this page will walk you through the practical details and make getting started as easy as possible.

You can schedule a free 15-minute phone consultation by calling (646) 470-1796 or filling out the contact form. I usually respond within a few hours. If you reach out after 5 pm on Friday, I’ll get back to you the following Monday.

Cancellation Policy

Therapy works best when it becomes a consistent and protected space in your week. Sessions are therefore held as standing appointments. Because your session time is reserved specifically for you, I ask for one week’s notice for any cancellations or schedule changes. Sessions cancelled with less than one week’s notice will therefore be billed at the full session fee unless we are able to reschedule for that same week.

I understand that unexpected things can arise, and I always appreciate as much notice as possible when schedules need to shift. If you need to reschedule, I’m always happy to find another time within the same week when possible.
